블록체인영화제는 블록체인이 영화산업에 미치는 영향에 대해 영화인(정윤철 감독, 김중기 배우 등)과 블록체인 전문가가 함께 진행하는 실험적 대화입니다. 인터넷이 영화의 디지털화를 가져 왔다면 블록체인은 어떤 영향을 줄 것인지에 대해 모색하는 자리입니다. 블록체인영화제는 BGCC(Blockchain Governance&Consensus Committee, 의장 배재광)의 후원으로 올바른 블록체인 생태계 형성을 위한 노력의 일환입니다. 

본 행사는 1부는 BIF (Blockchain Investment Forum)의 출범과 STO밋업과 매뉴얼 발표, 2부 BFF (Blockchain Film Festival) 시상식은 BFF조직위원회 주최로 이루어집니다.
