미국신용평가 회사인 와이스레이팅스가 18일 트위터 계정을 통해 암호화폐와 관련한 하드포크 기술에 대해 지적의 목소리를 높였다.


와이스레이팅스는 "조사자료에 따르면 암호화폐가 일상적으로 금융 거래 등에서 쓰이게 된다면 하드포크는 안정적이고 예측 가능한 플랫폼 운영에 대한 위협(Threat)이 될 수 있다"고 전했다.


이어 "암호화폐는 거품을 터뜨리는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 안정성과 효율성을 위해 업그레이드를 단행해야 한다"고 강조했다.


한편 와이스레이팅스는 유망한 토큰으로 NANO(나노), Basic Attention Token(BAT), XLM, EOS(이오스), XRP(리플)을 꼽았다.
